“Halley personalized my sessions to my health issues, diet, age, body, and what I’m currently doing for physical fitness. I was also able, with her help, to incorporate some very easy exercises that helped me move my plateau needle and lose weight. Before I met Halley, my physical activity was limited to commuting to work and walking from the couch to the fridge for a snack. I also had very little knowledge about nutrition.
